Overview

We are looking for a Associate Application Developer to produce scalable web applications. You’ll be part of a cross-functional team that’s responsible for the end-to-end application development life
cycle, from conception to deployment. You should be comfortable around both front-end and back-end coding languages, development frameworks and APIs. You should also be a team player with a
knack for visual design and utility.

This individual will work in a fast-paced, production environment and must be able to provide a high level of customer service to our customers. They will use a project management system to organize workload, prioritize stories, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, production-oriented environment where the customer is the priority. They will also work in partnership with a cross-functional production team, collaborating to ensure on-time delivery of tasks and projects.

Minimum Qualifications 

• Bachelor;s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 1-2 years of experience developing full stack applications 
• Proficiency in Python for back-end development. 
• Experience with MongoDB or similar NoSQL databases. 
• Familiarity with AWS services is an advantage. 
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to develop efficient algorithms. 
• Understanding of design thinking principles and UI/UX concepts. 
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment. 

Job Requirements 

• Strong knowledge on Python including its libraries like NumPy, Pandas and related 
  
• Experience with MongoDB or similar NoSQL databases. 
  
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to develop efficient algorithms. 
  
• Understanding data handling and analysis. 
  
• Exposure to concepts on supervised, unsupervised learning and common algorithms such as linear regression, decision trees and similar.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain web applications using  Angular, React, or Vue.js for the front end.
  
• Work directly in AWS, leveraging cloud services to optimize application performance and  scalability (experience in AWS is a plus).
• Collaborate with designers and stakeholders to create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces.
• Develop algorithms and solutions to address complex technical challenges. 
  
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers. 
  
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry best practices to continuously improve skills.
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
  
• Good problem-solving skills.
